Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for Occupational Therapy Supervisor based in Hackney.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Plan and monitor tasks on behalf of the Occupational Therapy Service Manager to support the delivery of the team's business objectives
  • Supervise a group of Occupational Therapy Assistants delivering services that contribute to continuous improvement across the Council
  • Carry out comprehensive community-based assessments for individuals referred by the Assessment Service who meet Fair Access to Care Services (FACS) criteria and have permanent or complex and substantial disabilities
  • Conduct re-assessments for individuals with long-term or progressive social care needs
  • Work in partnership with service users, carers, and a range of professionals to develop Occupational Therapy support packages that promote independence

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have,

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • HCPC registration.
  • Experience in a Reablement service.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in an office-based setting.
