AV Service Engineer (Residential)
London (Field Based)£35,000 - £50,000 DOE

The Company:
A high-end residential AV integrator specialising in installing and maintaining spectacular home cinemas, audio and home automation solutions.
The Role:
To carry out preventative maintenance, remote and on site service support to high profile clients.
Key duties include:
- Troubleshooting issues with residential AV hardware and control systems, including home cinemas, access control, audio systems, touch panels, motorised blinds, wifi access points, projectors, Lutron and Crestron systems.
- Performing preventative maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of installed systems.
- Installing small upgrades and replacements of AV devices.
- Providing assistance to other internal departments as needed.
- Occasional on-call work may be required.
Preferred Qualities and Skills:
- Minimum of 1 years' experience servicing or commissioning residential AV systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to put clients at ease.
- Strong understanding of systems such as Crestron, Control4, Savant, Lutron, and Rako.
- Strong network knowledge with the ability to configure and troubleshoot network-related issues.
Package details:
- Salary: £35K- £50K, dependent on experience.
- 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
