We're looking for a highly organised Office/Facilities Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our London office, including facilities and client suite management. This client-facing role is ideal for someone with professional services or law firm experience, who can ensure smooth operations, high service standards, and a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Oversee the client suite, ensuring high-quality service and presentation.

Manage facilities, suppliers, office supplies, and maintenance.

Lead a small team, handling recruitment, onboarding, and performance.

Ensure health & safety compliance, including first aid, fire safety, and risk assessments.

Manage office budgets and procurement.

Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, AML, SRA).

Proven experience in office and facilities management.
