What will you do as an Accounts & Office Manager?

  • Process purchase and sales invoices, manage payments, reconcile supplier statements.
  • Assist with payroll, VAT, CIS, and month-end reporting.
  • Monitor petty cash, credit card spending, and update bank reconciliations.
  • Chase outstanding payments and support budgeting/project cost tracking.
  • Manage company vehicles, insurance, MOTs, and DVLA checks.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and maintain employee records.
  • Monitor timesheets, holidays, and staff timekeeping.
  • Ensure HR documentation and compliance are up to date.

What do you need as an Accounts & Office Manager?

  • Proven experience in accounts administration or a similar finance/office support role
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliation processes
  • Familiarity with VAT, CIS, payroll, and basic financial reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft & accounting software Sage
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
