A leading Estate Agency is seeking a Branch Administrator to join their dynamic Hampstead office, nestled in a leafy neighbourhood full of cafes, independent shops and excellent transport links. This position will play a pivotal role in providing support to a busy lettings and sales team. Duties will include:* Administrative support to the sales and lettings team* Diary management, arranging viewings* Handling incoming calls and emails * Preparing tenancy agreements and sales memorandums * Liaising with tenants and prospective clients * Daily use of Veco and Reapit* Assisting with marketing This is a full time, office based role, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm + 1 in every 3 Saturdays, 10am -2pm.You will be working in a friendly, high energy and fast-paced environment where every day will be different.
