  • Varied role assisting the Director in both company property business and personal administration
  • Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
  • Salary £27,000 - £30,000 pa + benefits
  • Good keyboard and organisation skills are required - audio typing experience would be an advantage
  • Full property administration - previous lettings administration experience would be an advantage
  • Candidates must be willing to assist wherever needed from contacting surveyors and auctioneers, on a professional level, through to booking taxis and organising refreshments
  • Offices in great location close to Wimbledon Station

As Administrator you will be involved in a wide variety of tasks to include:

  • Researching potential property investments and coordinating sales
  • Office management duties to include: taking minutes at meetings and following up all actions arising, preparing agendas, ordering stationary, post
  • Liaising with surveyors, solicitors, architects and auctioneers
  • Diary management
  • Making travel arrangements and bookings
  • Assisting the property management and tenancy departments as and when required

You will need to:

  • Have excellent administrative skills and precise attention to detail
  • Have had previous experience of working in the property industry
  • Be accurate, numerate and with good knowledge of Microsoft office packages
  • Possess great communication skills both written and verbal
  • Enjoy working within a small team helping out in other roles at busy times
