Their Central London branch is a fast-paced, high-performing office, and they are now seeking a proactive and reliable Office Administrator to support the office and ensure smooth running of day-to-day operations.
About the Role:This role is ideal for someone with over 18 months of experience working in a similar role in an estate agency environment. You'll be supporting the branch with key administrative duties - handling documentation, coordinating renewals, ensuring compliance, and keeping everything ticking behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process lettings paperwork, including tenancy agreements and compliance documents
- Assist with tenancy renewals and coordinate relevant communications
- Ensure all files and documents are compliant with current legislation and company standards
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems
- Provide general admin support to the team, including answering phones, booking appointments, and greeting clients
- Support branch efficiency through stock ordering, post handling, and office coordination
- Liaise with landlords, tenants, and contractors professionally and promptly
About You:
- Minimum 18 months' experience working in a similar role for an Estate Agent
- Strong understanding of lettings documentation, renewals, and compliance processes
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities
- A confident communicator with a friendly, can-do attitude
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and lettings/property management software
- High attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
- Team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves and pitch in where needed
