Office Manager/Residential Sales and Lettings Administrator - Nine Elms - £30,000 + Monthly Commission My client, a leading global property firm are currently seeking an Office Manager / Sales Administrator to support the sales team and provide first-class administrative support to their busy and vibrant office in Nine ElmsThis role requires previous property experience, ideally within an estate agency or real estate environment. The ideal candidate will require good front-of-house skills, and excellent organisational ability.This position is an excellent opportunity to join a diverse, dynamic, open-minded, professional team within a leading global firm that invests in personal development and provides excellent opportunity for progression.What this job involves:

  • Providing support to the sales and lettings team.
  • Attend to emails, mails and messages from clients and colleagues, and telephone liaison; answering and making calls on behalf of the team.
  • Daily and efficient office management, including coordinating diaries/meetings/conference calls.
  • General office duties including, maintaining accurate electronic and paper filing, archiving, document scanning and typing of reports, letters, faxes, etc.
  • Registering incoming enquiries
  • Producing registration cards, property details, and invoices
  • Sales database management (CRM)
  • Handling sales paperwork and correspondence with clients and stakeholders
  • Handling lettings compliance
  • Managing client and customer due diligence checks (AML/KYC)
  • Assist in organising client events, i.e. lunches
  • Liaising with internal suppliers
  • Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Assisting team members with all IT related matters.
  • Displaying window cards, booking photos and ordering brochures.
  • Uploading property particulars
  • Assisting the manager with marketing campaigns, both large and small
  • Overseeing digital advertising and portal website management e.g. Rightmove, Zoopla
  • General date entry and invoicing tasks

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience in a property administration role within Estate Agency
  • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
  • Ability to prioritise workload with attention to detail and willingness to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner
  • Proven organisational skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Excellent telephone manner accompanied by strong interpersonal skills to deal with a wide variety of people and clients
  • Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make decisions when necessary
  • Accurate typing and correspondence writing skills (including letters).
  • Self-motivated - somebody who is pro-active and shows initiative
  • Understands the importance of confidentiality.
  • Team player with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Experience of working processes within an estate agency environment.
  • Somebody who is comfortable working company systems and implementing new processes.

Package

  • £30,000 salary + additional commission based on office revenue, 0.5% on revenue banked each month, OTE circa £35K

  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm
