Our client, a leading provider of business services that streamline operations and enhance document workflows through digital printing solutions, is looking for a temporary Office Manager to join their vibrant team in Southwark, Greater London. Key Responsibilities:
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of essential tasks, including:

  • Managing and Scheduling Client Meeting Rooms: Ensure that all meeting spaces are efficiently booked and ready for use.
  • Overseeing Office Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organised office environment to promote productivity.
  • Supporting Client Events: Assist in planning and executing events that leave a lasting impression on our clients.
  • Acting as the Main Point of Contact for Office-Related Issues: Be the go-to person for all office inquiries and concerns.
  • Overseeing Cleaning Services: Work closely with the cleaning team to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
  • Maintaining Relationships with the Onsite Catering Team: Coordinate and place orders to cater to our office's needs, ensuring everyone is well-fed and happy!
