Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with existing clients

  • Spot opportunities for operational improvements to maintain high standards

  • Lead team meetings, delegate tasks, and oversee performance

  • Manage supplier and contractor relationships

  • Oversee client billing and invoicing processes

  • Ensure facilities are maintained and meet health & safety compliance
