Part-time Office Coordinator 

Part-time Office Coordinator; 3 days per week in office: £20 per hour + holiday pay

Part-time role for 3 days per week (Covent Garden): growing tech firm with great offices and lots of social / events

You will be supporting the Office Manager of this tech firm who are busy with office attendance, visitors from international locations, meetings and events every Tuesday – Thursday. This is an on-site role for 3 days per week and you must be able to attend 8:45am – 5:45pm on those days / with no option to WFH.

Duties will include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Helping the Office Manager across operations and facilities
  • Coordinating deliveries and ensuring stock of snacks, company merchandise, etc.
  • Keeping the office looking great
  • Arranging weekly team lunches and additional catering  
  • Organising and setting up for team events
  • Producing invites for events and liaison with printers

The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, a friendly, proactive personality and be happy taking direction but also be able to work independently and innovatively. You will be organised, efficient and enthusiastic and happy to help the team wherever they need. Events experience preferred.

The role would best suit an individual with 3 years’ minimum administrative experience, who enjoys working in a busy office with a varied workload.

24 hours per week, £20 per hour paid weekly as a temp, but the role will be for 6+ months (maternity cover, starting in September).
