Property Office Coordinator
Location: Bayswater
Salary: £19,000 per annum basic, plus rental commission after probation period of 3 months.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9.30am -5.30pm
The Role
This role will require you to support both the sales and lettings teams. They are looking for a confident individual who enjoys working in a friendly, customer-focused environment.
Main responsibilities of a Property Office Coordinator will include:
- Managing the reception area
- Preparing property details
- Updating the website and property databases
- General ad-hoc administration duties
- Arrange property inventories and utilities
- Key management
- Help with property presentation/home staging for photos/video
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in the property industry not essential.
- The ideal Candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills and a desire to work within a team.
