- Identify and capitalise on relevant cultural moments and community trends to amplify brand presence.
- Lead the creative brainstorming and development of engaging content across various formats, aligning with brand voice.
- Produce and edit authentic, platform-native content for channels like Instagram and TikTok.
- Analyze social media performance, providing insightful reports to shape future creative and strategic direction.
- Solid experience (2+ years) directly managing B2C social media accounts, including Instagram and TikTok, GAINED WITHIN A MARKEING AGENCY.
- A demonstrable track record of creating impactful, social-first content that resonates with target audiences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to articulate ideas clearly.
- Strong working knowledge of content creation and scheduling tools, such as Canva and CapCut.
- Proven experience operating within a marketing agency environment, understanding its workflows and client-centric demands.
