An exciting opportunity has arisen to join my client as a Social Media Manager, initially on a temporary basis, with the view that the successful candidate will then be considered for the permanent position.

Role Overview

My client are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of their social media output across multiple internal brands and platforms. You will manage editorial and commercial content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and Threads, ensuring consistency of tone, brand and visual identity.

Reporting to the Head of Social Media, you will play a key role in growing audience engagement, overseeing campaign performance and championing additional formats such as short-form video and manage podcast content. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role that requires creativity, initiative and strong editorial judgement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling of daily content.

• Deliver high-quality editorial, commercial and event content (including written copy, imagery, and video, tailored to each platform).

• Support the execution of commercial deliverables and branded content campaigns, ensuring targets are met and client expectations exceeded.

• Collaborate closely with editorial, commercial, design and events to align content with broader business goals.

• Monitor industry and platform trends to ensure content remains innovative, timely and competitive.

• Analyse performance data to optimise content and inform strategic decisions.

• Provide engaging live coverage from key international events.

• Oversee community management.

• Contribute to the development and promotion of new content formats including podcasts and WhatsApp Channels.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years’ experience in social media management, ideally within a luxury or media environment.

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and the ability to adapt content accordingly.

• Strong writing skills and the ability to confidently adopt brand tone of voice.

• A commercial mindset, with experience supporting sponsored campaigns or branded content.

• Highly organised, with a visual eye, confident in trouble shooting, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• A proactive, collaborative approach to cross-departmental work.

• Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite & Sprinklr) and performance reporting platforms.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.

• Podcast or video editing skills are desirable but not essential.
