To succeed in these roles, you'll need:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
- Desirable front-of-house experience
- Customer-facing or customer service experience
- Excellent administration skills
- Professional telephone manner and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Initiative and a proactive approach
