Job Title: Office Porter
Location: Bishopsgate, City of London
Remuneration: 12.12 - 14 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary | Start Date: 8th December 2025 | End Date: 29th April 2026
Responsibilities:
Floor Maintenance: Ensure floors are kept in pristine condition through daily checks.
Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report maintenance issues for swift resolution.
Pantry & Social Areas Oversight: Manage pantries and social areas, including setting up coffee stations.
Snack Inventory Management: Oversee snack inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Deep Cleaning Duties: Conduct thorough cleaning of storage areas and pantries.
Signage Management: Install and remove posters in toilets and on notice boards as required.
Kitchen Maintenance: Regularly clean and organise kitchen areas, ensuring a tidy environment.
Event Coordination Support: Assist with event logistics, including:
- Moving furniture and arranging rooms
- Facilitating food deliveries and escorting suppliers
- Supporting catering services for events
- Managing event-related storage and deliveries
Health, Safety & Compliance Checks: Conduct health and safety checks, acting as Fire Marshall and ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Stock Management: Keep storage areas and pantries organised and clean, process, track, and receive stock orders.
Additional Duties:
- Coordinate small events when needed.
- Support snack activations.
- Collaborate with the janitorial team to clear catering as required.
- Address ad hoc requests as assigned.
