German speaking Administrator role available for a Film Licensing and Distribution company, part of a wider renowned Film studio. You'll be based in the London office and your role will be to support and help to maximise the sales of the film content and provide licensing for screenings outside of traditional film/media outlets. This role primarily supports the Germany and Austria department, and therefore German speaking is a must. This temporary role is estimated to run for around 6 months.

  • Explain how the licensing process works to new customers on call and emails
  • Review licence applications regularly and ensure any necessary changes are made
  • Draft term sheets/booking arrangements/invoices accurately
  • Ensure clients and customers receive documentation and receive communication efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer/client service
  • Manage all inbound queries and respond to requests in timely manner
  • Work closely with your line manager and other departments to ensure processes are running smoothly and align well
  • Strong film industry knowledge will be required
  • German speaking is a requirement for this role
