Interim HR Administrator - Sickness Absence Project (6-Months)
Location: Central London - 2-3 Days On-Site (Hybrid Working)
Rate: £200 per day

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support a focused and pivotal Sickness Absence Project with one our reputable NHS Trusts in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact initiative aimed at improving attendance and wellbeing outcomes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for sickness absence management processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date absence records
- Coordinate and track documentation including fit notes, return-to-work forms, and OH referrals
- Support line managers with absence tracking, reports, and meeting coordination
- Liaise with employees regarding absence queries with empathy and professionalism
- Assist in generating regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a HR administrative role within the NHS
- Strong understanding of absence management processes / employee relations
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
