Interim HR Administrator - Sickness Absence Project (6-Months)

Rate: £200 per day

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to support a focused and pivotal Sickness Absence Project with one our reputable NHS Trusts in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact initiative aimed at improving attendance and wellbeing outcomes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for sickness absence management processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date absence records
  • Coordinate and track documentation including fit notes, return-to-work forms, and OH referrals
  • Support line managers with absence tracking, reports, and meeting coordination
  • Liaise with employees regarding absence queries with empathy and professionalism
  • Assist in generating regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a HR administrative role within the NHS
  • Strong understanding of absence management processes / employee relations
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
