- Helping to ensure that payroll is accurate
- Supporting their benefits program
- HR reporting and ensuring that data is correct and accurate - you'll love a good spreadsheet and database
- Posting roles, creating adverts and on boarding and scheduling interviews
- Ideally 2 - 3 years as a HR Operations Administrator or Junior HR Assistant
- Strong understanding of core HR functions, from payroll, reporting and benefits
- Comfortable with data, systems, and reporting tools (Workday etc)
- Excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to tasks
