Daytime Healthcare are working with an established luxury central London private hospital, who are seeking a HR Operations & Payroll Coordinator to join their team.

The postholder will provide high-quality administrative and coordination support across a wide range of HR and payroll activities, ensuring accurate record-keeping, smooth employee lifecycle processes, and excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.

You’ll be the main point of contact for payroll coordination, HR systems management, and benefit administration, helping to maintain operational efficiency and ensure compliance with relevant employment regulations and hospital policies.

Summary of Duties

  • Coordinate and administer monthly and bi-weekly payroll data, ensuring all changes are captured and submitted to the outsourced payroll provider in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Respond to and resolve payroll-related queries from employees and managers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Maintain the HR system with up-to-date and accurate information on starters, leavers, pay changes, absences, etc., ensuring GDPR compliance.
  • Coordinate and set up staff benefits, maintaining accurate records, liaising with benefit providers, and ensuring timely activation or deactivation.
  • Manage the hospital’s Learning Management System (LMS), including user queries, course assignments, and reporting compliance status to HR and department leads.
  • Support the onboarding process, ensuring that new starters complete all pre-employment checks (e.g., DBS, references), and are set up with systems, contracts, and inductions as needed.

You would require similar private sector experience to be considered.
