Robert Half has partnered with a dynamic real estate company with a unique element. As they continue to expand, we're looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join their evolving HR team.

Job Title: Payroll & Benefits Specialist

Type: Part-time

Salary: FTE £45,000-50,000 (Pro Rata for 20 hours per week)

Location: West End

The Role

This is a part-time (20 hours per week) Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support the HR operations. This position offers a flexible working pattern to be agreed upon and maintained, providing an excellent work-life balance opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payroll and benefits administration across our corporate entity and a separate company
  • Handle P11D submissions and PSA processing
  • Support salary reviews and bonus administration
  • Process benefits, including managing starters and leavers
  • Liaise with brokers and third-party providers
  • Administer pension plans
  • Provide net figures to the Finance team
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in payroll administration
  • Strong understanding of benefits management
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • High level of organisation and ability to prioritise effectively
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes reactive environment

Preferred Background:

  • Experience in real estate or hospitality sectors is beneficial but not essential
