Payroll and Pension Administrator
London, NW9
£30,000 + Pension
This very progressive local organisation requires a Payroll and Pension Administrator to join their energetic team and make a valuable contribution to their ongoing success.
Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting with the production of the wages from instigation to completion
- Preparing payroll, setting up new starters and leavers on the system and processing P45s and P46s
- Completing all statutory PAYE deductions including SSP, SMP, SPP, sickness and holiday pay
- Preparing wage slips and producing BACS payment reports for Finance Manager to approve
- Reconciling payroll at month end and preparing PAYE returns and payments for the HMRC
- Dealing with any payroll queries that occur and ensuring all issues are fully investigated and resolved
