Our client is looking to add a Compliance Manager to their critical site in the Docklands area. You will be responsible for delivering, quality, risk & compliance across the site. They’re looking for someone who has experience working as either a Contract Manager or Operations Manager within hard servicesJob Duties:

  • Provide operational leadership at the account level to enhance risk management and compliance across the client account.
  • Develop and distribute relevant Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental (QHSE) information, ensuring procedures are regularly reviewed and updated as necessary.
  • Conduct site audits in alignment with the master service agreement to ensure compliance with agreed KPIs and SLAs; develop action plans to drive consistency across client accounts and campus teams.
  • Standardise documentation platforms to align with client expansion goals and expectations.
  • Establish document control procedures that comply with applicable ISO standards implemented across the account.
  • Offer risk and compliance leadership to localised campus teams within the account.
  • Collaborate closely with the client’s compliance team, fostering strong relationships and a shared commitment to common objectives.
  • Ensure QHSE and contractual compliance for both internal and third-party operations.
  • Provide guidance and influence outcomes through advisory support to teams of indirect employees, enhancing the Data Centre service offering.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience of working within a critical environment
  • Experienced working at a level of either contract or operations manager
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and systems management software.
  • Skilled in coordinating and managing multiple projects end-to-end across diverse and complex sites.
  • Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and industry standards, with the ability to assess risks, resolve issues, interpret data, and communicate clearly.
  • Capable of reviewing incident reports and driving high-quality root cause analysis to ensure lessons learned are effectively integrated into site operations.
  • Possesses strong quantitative and technical skills.
