You will join their London office on an initial 6-month contract. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the compliance team and work output with a view to driving process improvements and stabilising the function following a recent restructure. This role will suit a confident and collaborative compliance professional with a passion for process improvement and team development.WHAT YOU’LL DOIn this high-impact role, you’ll lead the compliance function across multiple business streams, ensuring best practice and regulatory alignment across the board. Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage a small team compliance professionals
  • Act as point of escalation for all compliance matters
  • Lead on monthly management information reporting and audit processes
  • Monitor legislative updates in compliance processes and implement required changes
  • Oversee systems such as CRM, onboarding platforms and contract tools
  • Support training delivery in partnership with L&D
