- Manage a small team compliance professionals
- Act as point of escalation for all compliance matters
- Lead on monthly management information reporting and audit processes
- Monitor legislative updates in compliance processes and implement required changes
- Oversee systems such as CRM, onboarding platforms and contract tools
- Support training delivery in partnership with L&D
- Proven experience leading compliance in a highly regulated services environment
- Exposure to public sector or healthcare compliance requirements
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage risk
