You will join their London office on an initial 6-month contract. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the compliance team and work output with a view to driving process improvements and stabilising the function following a recent restructure. This role will suit a confident and collaborative compliance professional with a passion for process improvement and team development.WHAT YOU’LL DOIn this high-impact role, you’ll lead the compliance function across multiple business streams, ensuring best practice and regulatory alignment across the board. Key responsibilities include:

Manage a small team compliance professionals
Act as point of escalation for all compliance matters
Lead on monthly management information reporting and audit processes
Monitor legislative updates in compliance processes and implement required changes
Oversee systems such as CRM, onboarding platforms and contract tools
Support training delivery in partnership with L&D
