We're looking for a commercially minded Senior Strategy & Analysis Manager to lead a high-performing team of analysts at the heart of our Commercial function. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Strategy Analysis, you'll drive business-critical decisions through demand forecasting, revenue modelling, and data-driven insights - all while supporting a collaborative and forward-thinking culture.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead a team of analysts to forecast revenue, evaluate commercial performance, and develop long-term strategic plans

  • Drive insight into customer behaviour, pricing, and commercial effectiveness

  • Own the commercial business planning cycle and submit key performance reports to the DfT

  • Partner with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Compliance to align strategy and performance

  • Define the Commercial Department's data and analytics approach to boost revenue and customer satisfaction

  • Deputise for the Head of Commercial Strategy Analysis as required

What we're looking for:

  • Strong commercial experience within the rail industry

  • Proven expertise in revenue management, forecasting models, and business planning

  • Confidence presenting insights and influencing decisions at senior levels

  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills

  • Tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or SQL are a plus, as is familiarity with the PDFH
