THE ROLELead a high-impact team responsible for all commercial analysis, business planning, and revenue reporting across the organisation. You'll manage monthly performance reports for the board and the Department for Transport, while shaping the data and analysis strategy for the Commercial department. This role oversees key areas including passenger demand, trend forecasting, pricing strategy, customer behaviour, and revenue protection. You'll ensure the commercial team has the insights they need to make informed, strategic decisions, and will play a pivotal role in driving annual business plans and revenue growth.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Must have management experience (minimum of 2-3 people)
- Revenue analysis background, ideally in the rail space (or similar e.g. hotel)
- Experience presenting to C-Suite/Board level senior stakeholders
