Technical Services Manager

4Site Recruitment are representing a respected main contractor delivering landmark fit out projects across London. This is an exciting opportunity for a Technical Services Manager (TSM) to oversee the successful integration and coordination of all MEP systems on a major projects. This position is ideal for a candidate from a Tier 1 main contractor background, confident in managing technical services across large, complex builds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the management of all MEP services on-site.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
• Provide technical support and solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Technical Services Manager on major schemes with Tier 1 contractors.
• Strong MEP background with a solid understanding of building services integration.
• Proven track record of managing projects £30m+ in value.
• Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills.
