Are you an experienced Technical Services Manager ready for your next challenge? London Fit Out Ltd, a dynamic and established SME main contractor, is looking for a talented individual to lead our MEPH (Mechanical, Electrical, Public Health) services across multiple high-profile office fit out and refurbishment projects in Central London.

Youll take a pivotal role overseeing up to four live projects, ranging in value from £250k to £9m, working closely with design teams, sub-contractors, and clients to ensure successful delivery from concept through to completion.

What Youll Be Doing
  • Lead and manage MEPH services across multiple sites, ensuring seamless integration with architectural and structural elements.
  • Control the full pre-construction design process, coordinating with subcontractors, client consultants, statutory bodies, and local authorities.
  • Proactively resolve clashes between MEPH designs and architectural layouts, ensuring all Employers Requirements (ERs) are met.
  • Chair and minute regular MEPH coordination meetings with subcontractors and consultants.
  • Oversee testing, commissioning, and client demonstrations at project handover.
  • Produce weekly MEPH reports and present updates at client project meetings.
  • Deliver best-in-class service, managing all technical interfaces on site.
  • Champion innovative and sustainable building services solutions.
  • Manage compliance, quality assurance, and performance of all MEPH subcontractors.
What Were Looking For
  • Proven experience in technical services/M&E delivery for commercial office fit out and refurbishment projects.
  • Strong background working with a mechanical subcontractor or main contractor.
  • Confident in fast-track project delivery, with short lead-in periods.
  • Exceptional coordination and communication skills.
  • Qualifications such as: HNC/HND in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering: and or City & Guilds in Mechanical Services or 17th/18th Edition Electrical
