Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £20.86 Per Hour

Job Responsibilities

• Perform decoration tasks in facilities and environmental services.

• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

• Conduct mould wash and other related tasks.

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Person Specifications
Must Have:

• Experience in decoration and maintenance work.

• Good communication skills.

• Knowledge of relevant legislation.

• Eligibility to work in the UK confirmed.

• Basic Disclosure (valid for 12 months).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with mould wash.

• Familiarity with the Royal Borough Of Kensington and Chelsea council policies.
