We're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Strategy & Acquisitions Associate to join a leading hyperscale data infrastructure organisation. This role is an exciting opportunity to be at the core of high-value, international real estate transactions that power some of the world's most advanced digital ecosystems.
In this pivotal position, you'll drive site selection strategy, build robust business cases, and manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement from due diligence through to deal execution. Your work will shape the future of data center supply across the EMEA region.
What you'll do:

Lead on forecasting, cost modelling, and business case submissions

Support site strategy development and data-led decision making

Manage legal, finance, and operational stakeholder alignment

Coordinate contract creation (Work Orders, Leases, SPAs) and milestone tracking

Ensure accuracy of supply data across planning and execution systems
What you'll bring:

Experience in real estate or data center environments

Proven success managing complex commercial transactions

Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills

Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
