Strategy & Acquisitions Associate - Data Center Supply Solutions?? London - Onsite | £400-£600/day PAYE | 6-Month Contract

We're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Strategy & Acquisitions Associate to join a leading hyperscale data infrastructure organisation. This role is an exciting opportunity to be at the core of high-value, international real estate transactions that power some of the world's most advanced digital ecosystems.

In this pivotal position, you'll drive site selection strategy, build robust business cases, and manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement from due diligence through to deal execution. Your work will shape the future of data center supply across the EMEA region.

What you'll do:

  • Lead on forecasting, cost modelling, and business case submissions

  • Support site strategy development and data-led decision making

  • Manage legal, finance, and operational stakeholder alignment

  • Coordinate contract creation (Work Orders, Leases, SPAs) and milestone tracking

  • Ensure accuracy of supply data across planning and execution systems

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in real estate or data center environments

  • Proven success managing complex commercial transactions

  • Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills

  • Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
