Are you an experienced and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) seeking a rewarding role where you can positively impact learning across a vibrant primary school?

A friendly and inclusive primary school, forward-thinking and supportive academy in Camden is looking for a dedicated and skilled HLTA to join our enthusiastic team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across Key Stages 1 and 2, providing invaluable support to teachers and students.

As a HLTA at [School Name], you will:

Work collaboratively with class teachers to plan, deliver, and evaluate learning activities for individuals and groups of pupils.
Lead learning activities for whole classes, covering teacher PPA time, absence, and targeted interventions.
Support pupils with a range of learning needs, ensuring their full access to the curriculum and promoting their progress.
Deliver targeted interventions to small groups and individual pupils, focusing on areas such as literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional development.
Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress, providing feedback to teachers.

Holds a relevant HLTA qualification (or is working towards it).

Is confident in leading whole class teaching and delivering targeted interventions.
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with staff, pupils, and parents.
Is proactive, flexible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Is committed to the inclusion of all pupils and has a passion for supporting their individual needs.
Has a positive and enthusiastic approach to their work.
