Operations Specialist - London - Earn up to £15/h - Apply Now!
At Job&Talent, we're looking for a motivated and organised Operations Specialist to help manage our day-to-day customer/external support, with a focus on responding to inbound emails. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for helping people.
You'll be the first point of contact for many of our external stakeholders and play a key role in making sure they have a smooth, positive experience with us.
Shift Patterns:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Pay Rates:
£15/h
As an Operations Specialist, you will need to have:
1 year of experience in a customer service, admin, or support role (or similar)
Strong written communication skills
A friendly, helpful attitude and a willingness to learn
Good organisation and attention to detail
Comfortable using email and basic tools (like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office)
Bonus: experience with customer support platforms (like Zendesk)
Important:
You must be able to commute to both offices Tottenham(N17) and Bermondsey(SE16)
Role of an Operations Specialist:
Respond to emails in a timely, friendly, and helpful way
Track and manage incoming support requests, making sure nothing gets missed
Help resolve common issues and questions from stakeholders
Work with the wider team to report problems or suggest improvements to our operational processes
Effectively follow support resources and internal guides
Support other operational tasks as needed
