Analytics Manager - Media Consultancy (London, Hybrid)

Are you a data-savvy media professional ready to step into a pivotal analytics role? We're working with a fast-growing, independent media consultancy that partners with global and domestic brands across industries such as retail, tech, healthcare, consumer goods, and entertainment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that empowers brands to make smarter media investment decisions. You'll play a key role in driving campaign performance insights, managing major projects, and mentoring a growing team of analysts - all while shaping the agency's approach to innovation, accountability, and media value.

The Role:

As Analytics Manager, you'll lead project delivery and quality assurance across high-profile campaigns. You'll manage client workstreams, oversee offline and online media analytics, and support pitch evaluations and performance audits. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of analysts to deliver media performance analysis across all media channels (digital and offline).

  • Managing cost tracking projects, campaign evaluations, and new business pitch support.

  • Overseeing QA and ensuring outputs are accurate, insightful, and client-ready.

  • Mentoring junior analysts and supporting their growth and development.

  • Communicating with clients and agency partners to align on data delivery and timelines.

  • Using platforms like Excel, Tableau, and Alteryx to visualise data and support decision-making.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in media analytics (typically 4+ years) within a media agency, consultancy, or similar environment.

  • Strong understanding of both traditional and digital media measurement.

  • Confident working with tools such as Tableau, Excel, and Alteryx (nice to have)

  • Exceptional attention to detail, project management, and communication skills.

  • A proactive and collaborative approach to solving complex data challenges.
