Product Owner – Search, Digital TrafficRemoteMin 12-month outside IR35 contract£competitive day rate  Product Owner, Search Optimisation, Elastic Search, Braze, Personalisation, Agile, UX, APIs  Product Owner is required by vibrant global brand to contribute to the strategy and drive the development and optimisation of their search experience and support topline traffic and conversion targets. This role will help shape the future of digital discovery as a Product Owner focused on optimising the global search and browsing experience. This high-impact role is central to driving traffic, improving user journeys, and increasing digital conversion through a data-driven, user-centric approach.  Key Responsibilities:  
  • Own and prioritise the product backlog focused on search journeys, browse pages, artist or content landing pages, and interest capture tools.
  • Drive the successful delivery of the product roadmap across both front-end experiences and API integrations.
  • Lead a cross-functional team including contractors and third-party development teams using Agile methodologies.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics, ensuring alignment across the team for feature delivery and performance.
  • Partner with technical leads to ensure product goals align with system architecture.
  • Gather, translate, and manage stakeholder requirements through clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Ensure all analytics and tagging requirements are captured and integrated into the product lifecycle.
  • Sign off on development deliverables including design, copy, and completed tickets.
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing and support go-to-market strategies with marketing teams.
  • Monitor search usage, performance metrics, and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior stakeholders and across business forums.
  Key Requirements:  
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner with a strong emphasis on search optimisation and user navigation.
  • Expertise in shaping intuitive search and discovery journeys across large-scale digital platforms.
  • Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and experience working with technical and creative teams.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and data analytics platforms.
  • Working knowledge of technologies such as Elastic Search and Braze SDK is advantageous.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, with strong analytical and prioritisation skills.
  • Confident decision-maker with a focus on delivering value through continuous product iteration.
