Their client base is extensive and due to continued growth, they are seeking a bright Project Coordinator to complement their busy Project management team. This is a role that will require exceptional eye for detail coupled with a systematic and thorough approach to data administration. As well this you will need to be able to work to tight deadlines and quite often must manage client requests for projects at last minute!!As well as great working environment and an excellent training programme company benefits include 23 days holiday plus an additional day off for your birthday, X2 annual bonus, hybrid working, private health insurance.Role Responsibilities• Planning projects, monitoring their progress, coordinating meetings, and overseeing more junior members of the team• Creating update project reports• Drafting of winner judging briefs and contacting competition winners by phone, email and text• Brief suppliers, supply data and monitor performance• Undertake occasional auditing duties.• Spotting any project issues, identify causes and implement corrective actionPerson specification• Ideally A level/degree educated• Ideally experienced of working in busy fast paced environments• MUST have experience of managing travel itineries• Strong MS office skills especially excel.• Methodical, systematic and thorough- this is an absolute MUST• Customer focused- ideally experience of both B2B and B2C• Numerate and happy working with figures and ratios to report on campaign findings.• Career focused- there is excellent opportunity to progress within this organisation.• Diligent and focusedWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role please apply and forward an up-to-date copy of your CV.
