Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified nurse with experience in a nursing home setting to join our team as a Clinical Training and Audit Assurance Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of clinical training and audit assurance within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop clinical training programs for staff, focusing on best practices within a nursing home setting.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with CQC standards and effective clinical governance.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement improvements based on audit findings.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- Nurse qualified with a valid NMC registration.
- Proven experience in Clinical training
