HVAC Supervisor/Lead Engineer (Heat Pumps & MVHR)
Location: West London
Our client, a leading HVAC contractor in West London, specialising in sustainable heating and ventilation systems, is looking for a hands-on HVAC Supervisor to lead a small team of engineers delivering fault-finding, commissioning and service work on heat pumps and MVHR systems across domestic and commercial sites.
This hybrid role combines on-site technical work and office-based planning and coordination.
The successful HVAC Supervisor/Lead Engineer will be:
- HVAC Supervisor will lead and mentor engineers on retrofit and new build projects.
- HVAC Supervisor will act as a technical lead for diagnostics and commissioning.
- HVAC Supervisor will manage job allocation, site support and scheduling.
- HVAC Supervisor will work both on the tools and in the office when needed.
- HVAC Supervisor will ensure service quality and compliance with F-Gas and H&S Standards.
To qualify for this position as an HVAC Supervisor/Lead Engineer, you will need:
- HVAC Supervisor will need a valid F-Gas Category 1.
- HVAC Supervisor will need a strong background in domestic and commercial HVAC service and maintenance, including heat pumps and MVHR.
- HVAC Supervisor will need previous supervisor or lead engineer experience.
- HVAC Supervisor will need a full UK Driving License.
