Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing the CPZ programme from initiation to implementation.
- Engaging with members to select new areas for CPZ.
- Monitoring and managing programme finances, including various funding sources such as S106 agreements.
- Liaising with political members to ensure programme alignment and progress.
- Utilising the data dashboard to justify decisions and actions taken within the programme.
- Identifying and implementing urgent quick-win solutions where necessary.
Job Requirements:
- Experience managing parking programmes, particularly within Controlled Parking Zones.
- Strong understanding of funding agreements such as S106.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyse and utilise data to support decision-making.
- Experience in a politically sensitive environment, managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
