Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing the CPZ programme from initiation to implementation.
  • Engaging with members to select new areas for CPZ.
  • Monitoring and managing programme finances, including various funding sources such as S106 agreements.
  • Liaising with political members to ensure programme alignment and progress.
  • Utilising the data dashboard to justify decisions and actions taken within the programme.
  • Identifying and implementing urgent quick-win solutions where necessary.


Job Requirements:

  • Experience managing parking programmes, particularly within Controlled Parking Zones.
  • Strong understanding of funding agreements such as S106.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyse and utilise data to support decision-making.
  • Experience in a politically sensitive environment, managing diverse stakeholder expectations.
