Markets Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Markets Project Manager with a strong background in FX and Rates to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative products and contribute to key projects within the organisation.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee derivatives products, focusing on FX and Rates markets.- Understand and manage the entire product lifecycle, from development to delivery.- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including technology, operations, and compliance.- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and alignment.- Support the launch of new products and enablement initiatives.- Lead business readiness and regulatory compliance efforts.- Drive infrastructure changes and target operating model (TOM) improvements.- Ensure smooth settlement processes and adherence to regulatory requirements.Key Skills/Expereince: - 10+ years of project management experience within derivatives, FX, or rates markets.- Proven track record working on the front lines of product development and operational processes.- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle, regulatory environment, and settlement processes.- Experience with business readiness initiatives and infrastructure changes.- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and settlement processes.- Comfortable working across multiple roles and areas within the business.- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to liaise with senior sponsors and diverse teams.If you meet the above criteria and are available to start immediately, we would love to hear from you.
