About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional software development initiatives at scale. In this high-impact role, you'll collaborate across engineering, product, and security teams to deliver complex, global solutions that are secure, scalable, and customer-focused. You'll drive clarity through ambiguity, manage multiple parallel projects, and communicate program status and risk with precision. A deep understanding of agile methodologies, SDLC, and strong technical acumen is essential.



Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of technical programs across business and engineering
  • Anticipate risks, resolve bottlenecks, and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Align cross-functional teams and lead effective standups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Maintain integrated project plans, epics, and sprint metrics


Ideal Candidate

  • Proven success delivering large-scale, enterprise-wide technical programs
  • Strong understanding of Agile/SDLC practices
