A leading financial services organisation is currently seeking an experienced Offshoring Transition Project Manager to lead the migration of technology and operations capabilities from EMEA to India. This role is critical to the success of a large-scale transformation programme and involves cross-functional coordination, vendor management, and executive-level stakeholder engagement.

- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 12 months
- Rate: 700-750pd Inside IR35 via Umbrella
- Location: London
- Hybrid: 3 days in the office
Key Requirements: - Proven experience managing large-scale offshoring or outsourcing transitions, ideally within financial services.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels, including executive reporting.
- Experience working across EMEA and India, with strong cross-cultural awareness.
- Skilled in risk and change management, with a structured approach to mitigating operational impacts.
- Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, or other service delivery frameworks, and understanding of back-office operations.
- Strong analytical thinking, with the ability to assess and report on KPIs and success metrics.
- Experience with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and collaboration platforms.
