Gortmore are working with a Leading contractor on a on Clearwater Framework Infrastructure project in the London area who are looking for a Project Manager.
The candidate must:
- Have Previous experience working in the water sector.
- Must maintain daily site diary and evaluate site progress to agreed programme.
- Identify project performance requirements, project goals, etc.
- Manage site team.
- Manage plant and site materials.
- Read and understand drawings and project specifications.
- Ensure workforce understand and adhere to project Risk assessments and Method statements.
- Have excellent communication skills and in delegatingthe importance and implantation of the construction process and hold regular meetings.
- Have excellent problem-solving capabilities and be able to raise any potential issues.
- Liaise with Clients regularly.
- Oversee and Ensure works are carried out to appropriate levels of cost, quality, and safety.
- Have in date SMSTS, CSCS.
- EUSR National Water Hygiene, Thames Water Passport desirable.
