Project Manager – Ventilation (London projects, £10m+)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale ventilation projects in London, each valued at £10 million or more. This is a senior role for someone who thrives on delivering complex projects to a high standard.
The role:
- Manage ventilation packages worth £10m+ from planning through to completion.
- Oversee projects primarily in London, working closely with Tier 1 contractors.
- Based anywhere between London and Hastings, though this is not a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and successfully complete major ventilation projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with Tier 1 contractors while protecting project interests.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and teams effectively and professionally.
- Identify and resolve potential issues early to avoid escalation.
- Provide clear, accurate reporting to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering £10m+ MEP or ventilation projects.
- Track record of working with Tier 1 or major contractors.
- Highly organised, with the ability to balance structure and flexibility.
- Strong communication skills, both on-site and in meetings.
