Our client is a developer focused on new build residential and mixed-use schemes nationwide.
They are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 950 PBSA scheme located in Central London.
The role will report directly to the Project Director and requires significant project leadership experience.
Applicants should have prior experience managing projects in either PBSA or hotel developments exceeding 80 million.
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from 95k to 100k, along with a full package and bonus.

The need now exists for a Senior Project Manager to be based on a 950 PBSA scheme in Central London.

The position will report into the Project Director.

Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience in project leading either PBSA or hotel developments more than 80m. It is essential you have previously worked for a well-known contractor.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between 95k - 100k + full package & bonus.
