Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the property portfolio.
  • Handle daily queries, emergencies, and property inspections.
  • Manage meter readings and contractor access.
  • Oversee quality control of major works and respond to incidents promptly.
  • Uphold company reputation and ensure safety and security protocols.
  • Support onsite teams and contribute to tenant onboarding processes.
  • Contribute to business sustainability goals and maintain detailed records.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of residential property management experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Customer-centric approach with empathy and patience.
  • Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges.
  • Proactive, diligent, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
