Join our esteemed client in South West London with a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + accommodation and bills
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm, and alternate Saturdays 8am - 1pm. On-call duty required once every 4 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants and visitors.
- Develop a deep understanding of the property portfolio.
- Handle daily queries, emergencies, and property inspections.
- Manage meter readings and contractor access.
- Oversee quality control of major works and respond to incidents promptly.
- Uphold company reputation and ensure safety and security protocols.
- Support onsite teams and contribute to tenant onboarding processes.
- Contribute to business sustainability goals and maintain detailed records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of residential property management experience.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Customer-centric approach with empathy and patience.
- Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges.
- Proactive, diligent, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
