Our client a well known Insurance and Investment company are currently looking to hire an Asset / Property Manager to manage a high-end residential project.

Title: Asset / Property ManagerLocation: London - Hybrid 2 Days per week on-siteDuration: 12 months, potentially to 18 months or beyond.Day Rate: Competitive - Inside IR35 (via Umbrella Company)Description:

This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience of working "client side" whilst making a significant impact on the management of a high-profile property. The successful candidate will demonstrate strategic oversight, commercial acumen, and the ability to deliver practical solutions in a challenging environment.

Key Objectives:

Maximise the recovery of service charge and utilities arrears in a timely and cost-effective manner and reduce ongoing arrears to a manageable level.
Recover costs from relevant third parties efficiently.
Mitigate risks associated with RTM claims.
Protect and enhance the value of the landlord's interest in the property.

Strategic Oversight:

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in Asset Management / Property Management - particularly with High-End Residential Properties.
Strong understanding of Service Charge and Utilities Recovery and Property Management processes.
Financial analysis skills, particularly interpretation of service charges accounts and liaising with accounts teams.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage several different workstreams at the same time.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive leaseholder interactions and report to senior stakeholders.
Commercially focused decision-making skills, with a strategic and results-driven approach.
Experience in instructing and managing external professional advisors, including solicitors, and managing external spend efficiently.
Ability to manage complex disputes and achieve cost-effective resolutions.
Quantity Surveyor Qualified or Background a nice to have.
