The Role
- Review appraisals, cost plans, and development risks
- Assess drawdowns and report on progress across live projects
- Liaise with developers, valuers, and professional teams
- Provide concise, informed advice that shapes lending outcomes

About You
- MRICS (desirable not essential)
- Previous Experience in development or fund monitoring
