- We are seeking an experienced DevOps Manager or Lead to set DevOps standards and processes.

- Experience in GCP is preferred, but proficiency in other cloud environments like Azure or AWS is also acceptable.
- The role requires a deep technical understanding of infrastructure and DevOps operations, with a salary range of £70,000 to £90,000 based on experience.
- Candidates must be based in the UK and will have the opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization known for innovation and employee development.
To be a success in this role you will have experience establishing and leading and managing a team of DevOps engineers. Experience in a GCP environment would be ideal, however relevant in other Cloud environments such as Azure or AWS also works. You will need an depth technical knowledge of infrastructure operations and DevOps operations. The technology environment is GCP, PHP, using Kubernetes, Redis and Couchbase. Experience with Google Cloud Armour or Cloudflare would be an advantage.
Our clients does use DevOps, however what they are looking for is a DevOps manager to enable them to make a step change in capability. You will have experience of setting consistent standards, developing the capabilities of your DevOps engineers. This will be combined with the stakeholder management skills to understand the needs of the business and align DevOps to be a key part of delivering value.
